Pack your own food, drink, clothes and wash kit (and we’ll take care of the rest).
We provide all kitchen & bedding equipment, a loo & loo paper, fire wood, a BBQ, fire
lighting equipment, drinking water, cleaning equipment and much more! So pack light!
This is a canoe expedition, staying overnight in riverside tipi(s)
as you paddle down the River Wye. We'll meet you at a farm just outside
of Ross on Wye and provide you with canoes and equipment. You leave your
car parked at our farm and we drop you off and pick you up.
You will need to provide:-
your group size
preferred dates
number of canoes required (max 3 adults per canoe or 2 adults or 2 small children under 10)
number of Tipis (each tipi sleeps 7)
We will then ask you to fill out a booking form, sign and send back with a 20% deposit.
Once we have this, we will send you a confirmation pack with all the details of your booking.
We will invoice you 6 weeks prior to your adventure for the balance.
You
arrive on time! We have allocated departure times for each group, so if
you are late this may affect your departure times.
Bring a fully
(you will need it so we are able to pick you up).
You are paddling
the whole way. If you are staying more than one night,
the Tipis will be located in different sites down the river. All our tipi lodges are set
in remote and exclusive riverside settings with only 2 or 3 tipis per site.
Stag & Hen parties are (Additional Terms & Conditions may be applied).
All Tipi residence MUST vacate the Tipi site by 11 am the following morning.
You are responsible for all your belongings throughout your Tipi Adventure.
Please refrain from taking any valuables with you, or if you do, make sure they are on your person.
Tipi Adventure Staff will transport your luggage throughout your stay so you won’t have to over load your canoe!
